Job summary

Search4 is seeking a Scheduler for a residential construction role, combining procurement, quoting and supplier coordination across multiple sites. The position supports Bills of Quantities, quotes, POs and vendor communication from a home-based setup with occasional office visits.

You will review supplier quotes, liaise with internal teams, and ensure accurate, timely procurement while maintaining attention to detail and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, procurement or estimating within residential construction.
• Confident reviewing quotes and liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities

• Preparing Bills of Quantities for single-storey and townhouse projects.
• Sending documentation out for supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Reviewing returned quotes and coordinating with the broader team to confirm the right fit.
• Raising purchase orders for labour and materials.
• Supporting the Accounts team with queries relating to short order invoices and purchase orders.
• Reviewing the quality of work completed by external contractors and providing constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Preparing Bills of Quantities for single-storey and townhouse projects
