Job summary

Capgemini in Australia is seeking a Service Cloud Technical Consultant to build, extend and integrate SAP Service Cloud capabilities for the EDP Replacement programme. You will work under the Technical Lead to deliver scope iteratively through system test, SIT and UAT.

Responsibilities include developing custom objects, UI changes, CPI integration flows, data migration and reporting. The role requires 5+ years in utilities or related sectors and strong SAP CX/CRM technical expertise.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years utilities-sector experience.
5–10 years SAP CX/CRM tech roles; ≥3 years SAP Service Cloud development.
Hands-on scripting/extension logic and API consumption.
Experience building SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI or middleware with REST/OData.
Understand S/4HANA IS-U and data migration concepts.
Support SIT and UAT, including defect triage.

Responsibilities

Build, extend SAP Service Cloud objects, fields, UI and event handlers from specs.
Implement routing, SLA, escalation and notification logic.
Develop CPI integrations, API mappings, error handling and retries.
Build migration objects, scripts, and run trial loads.
Create service reports and data extracts as designed.
Apply feature flags and test both states.
Write unit tests, run system tests, support SIT/UAT, fix defects.
Maintain documentation, configuration and transport records.
