Job summary

Whizdom in Australia is seeking an experienced SAP Service Cloud V2 / ESM Consultant to join a major enterprise transformation. This client-facing role focuses on workshop facilitation, solution design, SAP configuration and end-to-end delivery of customer service and enterprise service management solutions.

You'll collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, design and configure SAP Service Cloud V2, and support testing, deployment and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP consulting experience.
• 3+ years implementing SAP Service Cloud V2 and/or SAP ESM.
• Strong SAP Service Cloud V2 configuration experience.
• Proven workshop facilitation and solution design skills.
• Experience with case management, service request management and workflow automation.
• S/4HANA integration experience highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced SAP Service Cloud V2 / ESM Consultant to join a major transformation project. This is a client-facing role focused on workshop facilitation, solution design, SAP configuration and end-to-end delivery of customer service and enterprise service management solutions.

About the Role

You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure SAP Service Cloud V2, and support testing, deployment and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Design end-to-end SAP Service Cloud V2 and ESM solutions.
