Job summary

Capgemini in Melbourne is seeking a SAP/Service Cloud specialist to lead service cloud workstreams for the utilities sector. You will run fit-to-standard or fit-gap workshops and translate outcomes into WRICEF lists and functional specifications, while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

You will work in a hybrid environment, benefit from extensive learning opportunities, and participate in Capgemini’s Total Reward program designed to support career growth and work-life

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with Service Cloud functionality.
• Utilities sector knowledge is preferred.
• Experience running fit-to-standard or fit-gap workshops and converting outcomes into WRICEF lists and functional specs.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and their impact on design (SAP BTP/CPI, REST/OData).
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation with business and technical leaders.
• SAP Certified Application associate in Service Cloud / CX.
• Experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC).
• Exposure to AI-assisted delivery tooling under client governance.

Job description

Let'stalk about your qualifications and experience:

• Hands on experience for Service cloud functional
• Utilities industry knowledge is preferred
• Experience running fit-to-standard or fit-gap workshops and converting outcomes into WRICEF lists and functional specifications.
• Working knowledge of integration patterns (SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI, REST/OData, events) and their effect on functional design.
• Strong stakeholder management and written communication; able to facilitate workshops with business and technical leaders.
• SAP Certified Application associate in service Cloud / Customer Experience solution architecture.
• Experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC),
• Use of feature toggles in enterprise SAP delivery; exposure to AI-assisted delivery tooling under client governance.
• Australian utilities market knowledge (electricity and gas).

Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
