Job summary

• Location: Sydney CBD | Hybrid (3–4 days/week onsite)

• Salary: $170,000 Package (inc. Super)

About the Role

Are you a "plug-and-play" SuccessFactors specialist ready for a high-impact role?

We are partnering with a premier Fintech client in Sydney CBD to secure a Functional Consultant on a permanent basis. Stepping into an active corporate merger integration, you’ll balance core platform ownership with critical project cutover delivery—from data mapping to parallel payroll runs.

Key Responsibilities

• Merger Integration: Execute data mapping/migration into SuccessFactors and handle hands-on EC configuration updates (Foundation Objects, MDF, business rules, picklists).

• Payroll Testing: Support data validation and tracking during parallel payroll runs between legacy systems and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• Platform Ownership: Manage daily system health, role-based permissions (RBPs), workflow approvals, and P&C support.

• Quality & Analytics: Lead UAT milestones, conduct routine audits, and maintain consolidated people reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Expertise: Strong, autonomous experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration with hands-on EC and/or ECP configuration.

• Integration Experience: Proven background in data migrations, mass data loads, or parallel payroll tracking.

• Consulting Mindset: Fast learner with a background in SAP consulting or contract roles, able to add value from week one.

• Certifications: Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications (EC/ECP) are highly regarded.
