A leading SAP cloud solutions partner with a national presence and a reputation for HRIS transformation expertise is growing their Sydney-based team. Known for their people-first culture, supportive leadership, and deep technical capability, they’re expanding due to increased demand from a broad and loyal client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Talent Acquisition modules
• Deliver full lifecycle implementations from discovery through to deployment and support
• Facilitate solution design workshops with clients to capture complex requirements
• Provide ongoing support and post-go-live services to clients
• Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
• Mentor junior consultants and share expertise across the team

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Core HR and Talent Acquisition)
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules
• Current certifications in two or more SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Employee Central, or Onboarding
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
• Legal rights to work in Australia
