Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project Co‑ordinator to provide high‑quality administrative, commercial, and systems support to Project Managers delivering PQ, UPS, and critical infrastructure projects.

You will maintain accurate project data, manage SAP project transactions, support governance, and ensure alignment with contract requirements while collaborating across internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in project coordination, preferably in electrical/construction environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SharePoint and SAP for project administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication with cross‑functional coordination.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project records (SAP, SharePoint, Clockify) per PMO processes.
• Act as subject matter expert for SAP Project System and project contracts.
• Manage project financials: invoices, revenue, POs, SOs, forecasting, inventory, margins.
• Coordinate billing schedules and revenue recognition aligned with milestones.
• Lead month‑end close activities with PMs, engineers, and Finance.
• Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and commercial documentation.
• Monitor and report weekly project financial health: status, billing, revenue, margin.
• Coordinate procurement: POs and supplier creation with SCM.
• Support process improvements by standardising and documenting PMO workflows.
