Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join its global healthcare business in Western Sydney. You will assist customers by phone and email, process orders and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.

In this role you will work closely with sales and logistics teams, provide quotes, check stock availability, and offer administration support to customers and project engineers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an office based customer service, call centre, administration, internal sales, or logistics role.
• Must have SAP experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and great problem-solving abilities
