Precision Sourcing Australia in Adelaide–Hybrid is seeking an SAP HCM & ECP Support Consultant to maintain and improve enterprise HR and payroll systems within an AMS environment, delivering enhancements and driving continuous improvement across the SAP HR landscape.

You'll configure SuccessFactors modules, ECP, time management/evaluation, and integrate SAP S/4HANA HCM with HR processes, while collaborating with HR, Payroll and technical stakeholders to ensure system stability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP Time Management/Time Evaluation and ECP experience.
• Experience supporting incidents, service requests and enhancements in an AMS environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA HCM and core HR processes.
• Experience with enterprise HR and payroll solutions.
• SAP HCM and/or ECP Certification is highly regarded.
• Exposure to SuccessFactors Employee Central, integrations, APIs.

About the Role

As an SAP HCM & ECP Support Consultant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving enterprise HR and payroll systems. Working within an AMS environment, you’ll support business-critical applications, deliver enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the SAP HR landscape.

Duties

• Provide AMS support, including incident resolution, change requests and system enhancements.
• Configure and support SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Support SAP Time Management and Time Evaluation processes.
• Maintain integrations between SuccessFactors, ECP and SAP S/4HANA HCM.
• Conduct testing, release support, deployments and regression testing activities.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HR solutions.
• Create and maintain system documentation, knowledge articles and operational procedures.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Business and Technical stakeholders to ensure system stability and ongoing improvement.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this position, you’ll bring:

• 4+ years of SAP Time Management/Time Evaluation and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience.
• Proven experience supporting incidents, service requests and enhancements within an AMS environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA HCM and core HR processes.
• Experience working with enterprise HR and payroll solutions.
• SAP HCM and/or ECP Certification (highly regarded).
• Exposure to SuccessFactors Employee Central, integrations, APIs or Integration Center (advantageous).
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
