Speller International is seeking an experienced SAP ECP Functional Consultant to join a growing client team and deliver HRIS transformations. The role supports SAP ECP/ECC Payroll configurations and Australian payroll requirements, including STP, superannuation and terminations.

The ideal candidate brings payroll implementation or support experience, strong communication, and stakeholder management. Flexible working arrangements and a collaborative SAP HCM environment are offered.

Formación

• SAP ECP/ECC Payroll configuration experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll including STP, Superannuation and Terminations.
• Experience in payroll implementations or ongoing payroll support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a plus.

We’re looking for an experienced SAP ECP Functional Consultant to join a growing key client of ours and play a key role in delivering HRIS transformations.

We’re open to all experience levels, from consultants building their SAP Payroll career through to highly experienced specialists.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work across SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll implementations and configuration
• Configure Payroll Rules, Schemas and Australian payroll requirements
• Support solution design workshops and customer discussions
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions
• Deliver customer support and ensure high-quality outcomes
• Communicate requirements and changes to stakeholders
• Contribute to team development and delivery best practice
• Work across the broader SAP SuccessFactors landscape

What we’re looking for:

• SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience
• Strong understanding of Australian Payroll requirements, including STP, Superannuation and Terminations
• Experience working on payroll implementations or support
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
