Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to support, maintain, and optimize SAP HCM Time Management in large-scale projects. Based in Sydney, you will work with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to transform workforce and payroll operations.

You will lead workshops, design configurations, and collaborate with payroll teams to ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications

• Deep SAP Time Management expertise with SAP HCM/S/4HANA Time Management, including PCRs and TMW.
• Experience delivering SAP Time Management solutions; knowledge of SuccessFactors Time Management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SAP Payroll integration and time wage type generation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of SAP HCM Time Management.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future‑state processes.
• Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP Time Management solutions.
• Translate complex workforce agreements and overtime rules into scalable system solutions.
• Configure and support time evaluation rules, attendance, leave quotas, shift patterns, and scheduling.
• Partner with payroll teams to ensure seamless integration between time management and payroll processing.
• Provide trusted advisory services and guide junior consultants during delivery engagements.
• Support system upgrades, testing activities, and transformation programs involving SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and workforce management platforms.
• Drive issue resolution, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational support activities.

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to be responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of SAP HCM Time Management solutions while working with senior client stakeholders and cross‑functional delivery teams. Based in Sydney, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to large‑scale transformation programs and modernize critical HR and payroll platforms.

Role: Associate Manager - Senior SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of SAP HCM Time Management solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future‑state processes.
• Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP Time Management solutions.
• Translate complex workforce agreements, award interpretations, enterprise agreements, public sector allowances, overtime rules, and business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Configure and support time evaluation rules, attendance and absence management, leave quotas, shift patterns, and workforce scheduling processes.
• Partner with payroll teams to ensure seamless integration between time management and payroll processing.
• Provide trusted advisory services to clients and guide junior consultants throughout delivery engagements.
• Support system upgrades, testing activities, and transformation programs involving SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and workforce management platforms.
• Drive issue resolution, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational support activities.

Required Qualifications

• Deep SAP Time Management Expertise: hands‑on experience in SAP HCM / S/4HANA Time Management, including expert‑level mastery of SAP Time Schemas, Schema Rules (PCRs), Time Manager's Workplace (TMW), CATS, and positive/negative time evaluation (PT60).
• Proven experience delivering SAP Time Management solutions. Knowledge of SuccessFactors Time Management is an add‑on skill.
• Strong functional understanding of SAP Payroll integration, including time wage type generation, retrospective calculations (retro‑accounting), gross‑to‑net processing, and payroll schema integration.
• Strong understanding of workforce management, rostering, leave administration, and payroll integration.
• Experience working with Australian enterprise organizations, ideally within government or highly regulated environments, with understanding of award interpretation, enterprise agreements, allowances, overtime rules, and compliance requirements.
• Experience integrating SAP HCM/Payroll with external workforce tools like WorkForce Software (WFM), UKG Pro, and SAP Fieldglass (for contractor/contingent worker time tracking).
• Experience supporting upgrades, enhancement packs, service pack implementations, S/4HANA migrations, testing, validation of custom time schemas and rules, and production support activities is highly regarded.
• Practical experience supporting live HR and Payroll operations, troubleshooting production issues, managing peak processing cycles, and driving operational stability.
• Strong operational support experience, including root‑cause analysis of time evaluation and payroll processing issues, pay run stabilization, period‑end support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and consulting experience in client‑facing environments.
• Excellent client‑facing, facilitation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non‑technical executive stakeholders.
• Ability to lead workshops, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll, Employee Central Time Management, or hybrid SAP landscapes.
