Job summary

DWS is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer with very strong SAP Enable Now experience to design, develop and maintain high-quality learning solutions that support the successful adoption of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) processes and technologies.

You will partner with subject matter experts, change and project teams, and business stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences, training materials and capability uplift initiatives that drive user adoption and business

Qualifications

• Strong instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing learning content for large-scale programs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review LNA and validate capability gaps.
• Design role-based learning pathways, curricula and training plans.
• Develop eLearning, simulations, videos, QRGs and guides.
• Apply adult learning principles to engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content.
• Support UAT, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Manage content reviews and maintain version control.
• Continuously improve assets based on feedback and adoption insights.
