Job summary

AYAN InfoTech is seeking an experienced ESM Learning Developer to join a Sydney-based project. You will design, develop, and maintain learning solutions that support Enterprise Service Management adoption, partnering with SMEs, Change Team, and stakeholders to deliver engaging training materials.

Applicants should have 7+ years’ experience, proficiency with SAP Enable Now, Microsoft 365, and LMS platforms, and a track record in large-scale digital learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning solutions for ESM processes.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Change Team, project teams, and stakeholders to develop training materials.
• Develop eLearning, simulations, product videos with voiceover, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), work instructions, and facilitator guides.
• Design role-based learning pathways and training plans.
• Support Train-the-Trainer, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live learning activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate learning content.
• Maintain and continuously improve learning assets and knowledge resources.
• Mandatory: Experience with SAP Enable Now for learning content development.
• Experience developing digital learning solutions for large-scale business transformation programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and content development skills.
• Desirable: Clipchamp; WalkMe Learning or other digital learning/video tools.
• Desirable Knowledge of ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management processes is highly regarded.

The ESM Learning Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality learning solutions that support the successful adoption of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) processes and technologies.
