Job summary

DWS in Sydney, NSW is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer with strong SAP Enable Now to design, develop and maintain learning solutions that support adoption of Enterprise Service Management processes.

You will partner with subject matter experts, change and project teams, and business stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences, training materials and capability uplift initiatives that drive user adoption and business readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP Enable Now to develop learning content.
• Experience creating digital learning solutions for large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Review LNA and validate role-based capability gaps.
• Design learning pathways, curricula and training plans.
• Develop eLearning, simulations, videos and guides.
• Apply adult learning principles to create accessible learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support Train-the-Trainer, UAT, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Manage content reviews, feedback, version control and publishing.
