Job summary

Natural Selection Group seeks an experienced SAP Instructional Designer / Trainer to lead end‑to‑end learning solutions for a multi‑module SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout in Melbourne. The role targets capability uplift, business readiness and successful adoption across finance, supply chain, asset management and service operations.

You will design, develop and deliver engaging training content, facilitate sessions, and support go-live readiness with a hands-on approach and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Instructional Designer supporting SAP ERP implementations
• 5+ years SAP training delivery experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA environments
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management or Service Management processes
• Experience creating training materials with modern authoring tools
• Ability to translate complex processes into practical learning experiences
• Experience in large-scale ERP, digital transformation or enterprise change programs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
• Experience with WalkMe or Digital Adoption Platform is a plus
• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience is advantageous
• Relevant qualifications in Learning & Development, Education, Business, IS or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP-focused learning solutions aligned to business processes and user roles
• Create instructor-led, virtual and eLearning content using modern instructional design methods
• Develop learning paths, curricula, job aids, guides and performance support materials
• Deliver end-user training across classroom and virtual environments using SAP training systems
• Collaborate with Change Managers, Analysts, Consultants and Solution Architects
• Build and maintain high-quality training content repositories and governance standards
• Support Train-the-Trainer and Super User networks for scalable readiness
• Contribute to go-live readiness activities and hyper-care support
• Design WalkMe content including guided walkthroughs and task support tools
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive improvements across deployments

This is: the job

We're seeking an experienced SAP Instructional Designer / Trainer to play a key role in a large-scale ERP transformation program delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management and Service Operations. This is a Melbourne based, 9 month contract working within a nationally significant program.

You’ll be responsible for designing, developing and delivering end-to-end learning solutions that support business readiness, capability uplift and successful adoption of new SAP business processes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and confidently facilitating training across a diverse stakeholder group.

You’ll work closely with change, project and business teams to develop learning content, deliver training, support super user networks and contribute to go-live readiness and hypercare activities.

• Design and develop WalkMe digital adoption content including guided walkthroughs and task support tools
• Measure learning effectiveness and implement improvements across phased deployments

This is: what you’ll need

• 5+ years’ experience as an Instructional Designer supporting SAP ERP implementations
• 5+ years’ SAP training delivery experience, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management and/or Service Management business processes
• Experience developing training materials using Articulate Rise or similar authoring tools
• Proven ability to translate complex system processes into practical, role‑based learning experiences
• Experience working within large‑scale ERP, digital transformation or enterprise change programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
• Experience designing Digital Adoption Platform solutions such as WalkMe highly regarded
• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience advantageous
• Relevant qualifications in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline
