Qualifikationen

• Experience in Instructional Design or Learning Design in large organisations.
• Advanced experience with digital authoring tools.
• Strong storyboarding and learning experience design skills.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or ERP initiatives (preferred).
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging learning solutions.
• Strong written communication and visual design skills.
• Experience with diverse stakeholder groups including SMEs and project teams.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and change management.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions to support business transformation and system implementation initiatives.
• Create learning assets including eLearning modules, face-to-face training, digital content, guides, job aids, and videos.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to analyse requirements and translate complex information.
• Develop learner journeys, learning pathways, and training plans aligned to milestones.
• Utilise adult learning principles to create effective learning solutions.
• Design content using digital authoring tools and manage multiple deliverables within schedules.
• Support training planning and readiness activities across programs.
