Job summary

TwoScots Recruitment is partnering with a large organisation in Melbourne to recruit an experienced ECP Specialist for an initial six-month contract. You will review, configure and optimise Employee Central Payroll ahead of go-live, ensuring payroll accuracy and system readiness.

You will work closely with an external implementation partner, challenge proposed solutions and support testing, go-live activities and post go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration and troubleshooting.
• Previous experience supporting ECP implementations through testing and go-live.
• Ability to assess system configuration and propose practical solutions.
• Confident when engaging external implementation partners and technical consultants.

Responsibilities

• Review, troubleshoot and optimise ECP configuration ahead of go-live.

TwoScots are partnering with a large, complex organisation currently undergoing a significant systems transformation. With a major implementation underway, they are seeking an experienced ECP Specialist to join on an initial six-month contract and support the business through to go-live. This is an opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the system is correctly configured, fit for purpose and ready for successful implementation.

Responsibilities Include

• Review, troubleshoot and optimise ECP configuration ahead of go-live
• Identify and resolve existing configuration issues to ensure the system meets business requirements
• Work closely with the external implementation partner, challenging proposed solutions and providing technical expertise
• Support system testing, troubleshooting and implementation activities to ensure payroll accuracy and functionality
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive system improvements and support a successful go-live

Skills + Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP), particularly system configuration and troubleshooting
• Previous experience supporting ECP implementations, ideally through testing and go-live
• Ability to independently assess system configuration, identify issues and recommend practical solutions
• Confidence working with and challenging external implementation partners and technical consultants
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously within a complex project environment
