Job summary

Speller International is seeking an experienced SAP ECP Functional Consultant to join a growing client team and deliver HRIS transformations. The role supports SAP ECP/ECC Payroll configurations and Australian payroll requirements, including STP, superannuation and terminations.

The ideal candidate brings payroll implementation or support experience, strong communication, and stakeholder management. Flexible working arrangements and a collaborative SAP HCM environment are offered.

Qualifications

• SAP ECP/ECC Payroll configuration experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll including STP, Superannuation and Terminations.
• Experience in payroll implementations or ongoing payroll support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work across SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll implementations and configuration.
• Configure Payroll Rules, Schemas and Australian payroll requirements.
• Support solution design workshops and customer discussions.
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Deliver customer support and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Communicate requirements and changes to stakeholders.
• Contribute to team development and delivery best practice.
• Work across the broader SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
