Genesis Recruitment Solutions in Melbourne is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant to lead a greenfield Employee Central Payroll implementation.

You will work as part of a consulting and delivery team to translate payroll requirements into a robust SAP SuccessFactors ECP solution, conduct workshops, configure end-to-end payroll processes, support testing and go-live, and manage stakeholder engagement from design through deployment in a Melbourne-based environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors ECP experience.
• Previous greenfield or end-to-end implementation experience.
• Background working within a SAP consultancy or consulting environment.
• Solid ECP configuration capability.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and requirements.
• Experience across workshops, solution design, testing and go-live.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Melbourne-based or willing to relocate.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant to join a major greenfield implementation in Melbourne.

You’ll work as part of a consulting and delivery team responsible for implementing Employee Central Payroll (ECP) from the ground up, working closely with business stakeholders to translate payroll requirements into an effective SAP SuccessFactors solution.

Key Repsonsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementation
• Lead/support ECP configuration across payroll processes
• Run requirements gathering and design workshops with stakeholders
• Translate payroll requirements into functional solutions
• Support configuration, testing, defect resolution and deployment
• Work across integrations between ECP and related HR/payroll systems
• Support cutover, go-live and post-implementation activities
• Provide strong functional advice throughout the implementation lifecycle
