Job summary

Silverlink Technologies seeks a seasoned SAP ECP Consultant for Australia payroll within a greenfield S/4HANA Public Cloud project. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and integrating payroll to meet Australian statutory requirements and taxation rules.

You will lead workshops, manage data migration, and ensure alignment with Finance and HR modules while transferring knowledge to client teams. Extensive AU payroll experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Mandatory SAP ECP Certification.
• Confident in leading end-to-end client workshops focused on Australian Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of STP, ATO regulations and related statutory processes.
• Deep understanding of Australian EBAs/Awards and their configuration within SAP ECP.
• Solid experience in data migration activities and managing payroll parallel runs.
• Hands-on experience with EC–ECP Replication and Payroll Control Center (PCC).
• Familiarity with Long Service Leave, leave loading and other AU-specific payroll requirements.
• 10–15+ years in payroll, including 5–7 years dedicated to Australian payroll.
• Ability to lead, guide, and mentor project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors ECP for Australian payroll
• Configure payroll schemas, rules, and processes in compliance with Australian tax, superannuation, leave, and Fair Work regulations
• Integrate ECP with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, ensuring seamless data flow for payroll posting and cost center replication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Employee Central master data with Finance and HR modules
• Support data migration, parallel payroll testing, and post-go-live stabilization
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams on payroll operations and compliance
