XPT Software is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll ECP consultant to lead large enterprise payroll configurations in AUS deployments. The role focuses on configuring wage types, benefits integration, deductions, taxes, and payroll controls within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ full life cycle ECP payroll implementations, strong executive presence, and proven ability to interact with senior management to drive successful outcomes.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors ECP Payroll implementations.
• Experience in AUS deployment for payroll projects.
• Strong knowledge of wage types, deductions and benefits integration.
• Familiarity with Time Off rules and Time Objects configuration.
• Proactive monitoring and issue resolution in Payroll domain.

1. Experience in leading, configuring andimplementing large, enterprise SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) projects mainlywith AUS deployment experiences

2. Should have SAP SuccessFactros Employee Centralcertification and Employee Central module

3. Minimum 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors ECPayroll implementations

4. Design, configure and maintain payrollcomponents including; wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycleactivity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers and reporting

5. Payroll Integrations

6. Experience in configuring UI mashups,Payroll Control Center

7. Configure and maintain all wage types anddetermine taxation rules, FI mapping, infotype association and permissibilityrules

8. Lead and manage payroll workstream tocontribute to the overall project success

9. Experience with gap analysis and strategicroadmap/blueprint development

10. Understanding of Time Off rules,configurationof Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets

11. Strong executive presence and ability tointeract with Customer Top Management

12. Experience in handling incidents and wellversed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.

13. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvementareas.
