HCLTech seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Lead to drive design, implementation, migration, testing and support of EC Payroll solutions. The role requires strong expertise in EC, ECP, payroll processes, integrations, data migration, and stakeholder management across payroll transformation programs.

Location: Sydney preferred / Anywhere in Australia; Mode: Contract/ Full-time/FTC.

Qualificações

8+ years SAP Payroll with at least 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
Experience in Employee Central Integration.
Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC).
Experience with Payroll Schemas, Rules, and Wage Types.
Payroll Posting and Reporting; Payroll Reconciliation.
Data Migration and Cutover Activities.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementations (Australian Public Sector payroll preferred).
Gather requirements and translate into scalable payroll solutions.
Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and compliance requirements.
Ensure alignment between Employee Central and Payroll processes.
Lead EC-ECP integration design and deployment.
Define and execute data migration strategies and testing cycles.
Lead SIT/UAT/Parallel Payroll Run Testing and governance reviews.
Mentor team members and manage onsite/offshore consultants.
