Job summary

Precision Sourcing Australia is seeking an SAP AMS specialist to deepen Payroll and HR expertise across SuccessFactors Employee Central, ECP, and SAP HCM in a hybrid Adelaide role.

You will partner with HR, Payroll and business leaders to deliver enhancements, integrations and stable operations in a large SAP landscape.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience with SAP Time Management, Time Evaluation and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Experience supporting SAP applications within an AMS or Application Support environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA HCM and core HR processes.
• Exposure to enterprise HR and payroll systems.
• SAP HCM and/or ECP Certification (highly regarded).
• SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide AMS support including incident resolution, service requests, change requests and system enhancements.
• Configure and support SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Support SAP Time Management and Time Evaluation processes.
• Maintain integrations between SuccessFactors, ECP and SAP S/4HANA HCM.
• Conduct testing, deployments, release support and regression testing activities.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP HR solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation, knowledge articles and operational procedures.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Business and Technical stakeholders to drive system stability and continuous improvement.

This is an opportunity to work across the full SAP HR landscape, supporting and enhancing business-critical solutions including SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP HCM.

Rather than sitting in a purely reactive support environment, you'll be involved in system enhancements, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives that directly influence HR and payroll operations across the organisation.

You'll partner closely with HR, Payroll and business stakeholders while gaining exposure to complex enterprise payroll environments and large-scale SAP landscapes.

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA HCM and core HR processes
• Exposure to enterprise HR and payroll systems
• SAP HCM and/or ECP Certification (highly regarded)
• SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
• Exposure to integrations, APIs or Integration Center (advantageous)
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills
