• SAP experience is essential; minimum 3 years in customer service.
• Not a call centre role; frontline customer service and order processing.
• Manufacturing knowledge and demand planning exposure preferred.
• Stable work history with ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Carry out customer service functions of order taking and processing.
• Assist internal and external customers with queries promptly.
• Data entry of information and sales orders.
• Generate purchase orders.
• Follow up on customer payments.
