Job summary

Programmed GO is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to support a global healthcare business in Western Sydney. You will expedite customer requests, process orders, and collaborate with sales and logistics to ensure timely delivery of sales orders.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, processing SAP-based orders, handling returns, providing quotes, and coordinating stock and logistics. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an office based customer service, call centre, administration, internal sales, or logistics role
• Must have SAP experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and great problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and email
• Process sales orders, returns, and credits via SAP
• Provide quotes and assist with stock availability
• Coordinate logistics requirements for timely delivery of sales orders
• Provide administration support to customers and internal project engineers
