Job summary

Whizdom is seeking an experienced SAP Service Cloud V2/ESM Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery on a major enterprise transformation program in Sydney or Melbourne. You will gather requirements, design SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions, configure workflows and case management, and support testing, deployment and go-live activities.

The role emphasizes workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement and strong solution design capabilities, with a contract through April 2027 and exposure to SAP

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP consulting experience.
• 3+ years implementing SAP Service Cloud V2 and/or SAP ESM solutions.
• Proven solution design and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with case management, service request management and workflow automation.
• SAP S/4HANA integration experience highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• SAP CX or SAP ESM implementation experience.
• Utilities, field service or asset-intensive industry experience.

We're seeking an experienced SAP Service Cloud V2 / ESM Consultant to join a major transformation project. This is a client-facing role focused on workshop facilitation, solution design, SAP configuration and end-to-end delivery of customer service and enterprise service management solutions.

About the Role

You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure SAP Service Cloud V2, and support testing, deployment and go-live activities.
