Job summary

Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Service Cloud V2/ESM Consultant for an initial 6-month onsite engagement in Sydney. The role focuses on delivering customer service, case management, service operations, and field service solutions.

You will lead workshops, gather requirements, define architecture, configure SAP Service Cloud V2, and provide guidance through design, build, testing, and deployment phases to ensure a successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SAP Service Cloud V2 and SAP ESM.
• Led discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Architected enterprise service management and customer service solutions.
• Hands-on configuration in SAP Service Cloud V2.

Responsibilities

• Lead business workshops and requirements sessions.
