Job summary

Cotton On is seeking a proactive coordinator to support the sample management process for the Cotton On Womens team. You will work closely with the Creative team to ensure smooth handover of samples for marketing activities and track their movement while maintaining a tidy shared wardrobe space.

The ideal candidate has experience in administration, is highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Coordinator/Administration role is preferred but not essential
• Proven ability to be proactive with the ability to problem solve
• Ability to take initiative, remain solutions focused and work autonomously
• Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with leaders
• Microsoft Excel skills are highly regarded
