Job summary

Blackwoods is seeking an organised and friendly Clothing Coordinator to provide admin support across our Textiles team from within our Canning Vale Distribution Centre.

You will ensure data quality, manage pricing and embellishment master files, and oversee the digital asset library for logos and branding while liaising with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and supporting sales and margin goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in case work or providing admin support, ideally in textiles/embellishment environment.
• Clear and friendly communication in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Autonomous work style with proactive attitude and value-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on embellishment solutions.
• Maintain pricing and embellishment master files.
• Manage the digital asset library for logos and branding.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and margin goals.
• Recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
