Cotton On in Australia is seeking a highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator to join our IT team. You will support the smooth delivery of technology services across our global retail network by coordinating store technology deployments, managing schedules and procurement activities, and keeping vendors and internal teams aligned to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service coordination, administration, project support or operational coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating schedules, resources, vendors or project activities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and confident communicator who can build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
• Exposure to procurement, purchasing or logistics processes would be highly regarded.
• Experience working with IT service management tools is advantageous.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks, solve problems and continuously improve processes.
