Job summary

Cotton On in Geelong is seeking a Brand Coordinator to bring our youth-focused brand to life through in-store campaigns, events and brand activations. You will work closely with internal teams, retail stores and external suppliers to coordinate daily activities and ensure the brand calendar is delivered on time and to a high standard.

This hands-on role requires an organised, proactive person with strong communication skills and a passion for brand, marketing and delivering unforgettable

Qualifications

• Experience in admin/coordination or customer service roles, with marketing or retail exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive problem solving and relationship building.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and delivery of campaign materials.
• Support planning and execution of brand events and activations.
• Provide essential administrative support across the team.
• Manage timelines and project documentation.
• Process purchase orders and invoices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and stores.
