Job summary

Wallspan is seeking a Production Coordinator (Wardrobes) to support the successful delivery of custom wardrobe and interior projects. You will work as a Wardrobe Production Detailer, coordinating projects from sale through to production and installation.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Scheduling, Production and Installation teams to ensure projects are accurately prepared, coordinated and delivered to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinetry, joinery, wardrobes, manufacturing, scheduling or production coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach and a desire to contribute to a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret plans, drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare production documentation and installation information.
• Coordinate project information between Sales, Scheduling, Production and Installation teams.
• Manage projects from order handover through to completion.
• Assist with production planning and workflow coordination.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Build strong working relationships across multiple departments.
• Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the production process.
