Robo's Enterprises Pty Ltd – North Rockhampton QLD is seeking a Salesperson/Service Advisor to join Fulcrum Rockhampton and Active Gear. This hands-on, fast-paced role supports our sales team and serves as the first point of contact for customers booking in service and repair work.

You'll be organised, detail-focused and committed to high customer service, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday mornings and events.

Qualifications

• Strong phone manner and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with data entry and basic admin.
• Full Australian work rights.
• Experience in the mechanical, 4x4 or suspension industry is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team, including preparing quotes
• Managing customer bookings and service/repair requirements
• Following up with customers to build relationships and grow workshop volume
• Completing and maintaining sales documentation
• Liaising with suppliers, ordering parts and managing inbound stock
• Creating invoices and maintaining our customer database
• Answering phones and making outbound calls
• Supporting the team at annual 4x4 events
• Helping maintain the showroom and stock
• Building product knowledge through manufacturer and internal training

Robo's Enterprises Pty Ltd – North Rockhampton QLD

We're on the hunt for a Salesperson/Service Advisor to join our team at Fulcrum Rockhampton and Active Gear. We're a busy mechanical workshop specialising in suspension work and fitting 4x4 accessories; think bull bars, spotlights, winches, awnings etc. It's hands-on, it's fast-paced and no two days really look the same. If you're into cars, 4x4s or love the great outdoors, this could be your next role.

About the role

Reporting directly to the Owner/Director, you'll support our sales team and be the first point of contact for customers booking in service and repair work. You'll need to be highly organised, detail-focused and committed to maintaining a high standard of customer service.

This is a Monday–Friday role, with flexibility required for the occasional Saturday morning and 4x4 events.

• Comfortable with data entry and basic admin (experience with automation/booking software a bonus, not required)
• A positive, reliable, team-first attitude with strong attention to detail
• Punctual and well organised
• Full Australian work rights
• Experience in the mechanical, 4x4 or suspension industry is a plus but not essential. We're happy to train the right person.
