Job summary

RACV Limited is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide the design, development and delivery of secure, scalable Salesforce solutions. This hands-on leadership role will champion engineering excellence across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud while mentoring developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, drive CI/CD practices and ensure robust integrations with third-party apps.

Qualifications

Substantial technical leadership and industry experience, generally 10+ years.
Strong Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components and Aura.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, Azure Integration Services or MuleSoft.
Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
A relevant degree and extensive industry experience.
Exposure to CPQ, FinancialForce or other financial ERP solutions will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, development and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Aura.
Lead code reviews, design sessions and technical workshops.
Champion automation, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Maintain integrations with third-party applications, APIs and middleware, including Azure Integration Services and MuleSoft.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams and product owners.
Identify technical debt and recommend system improvements.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, data governance and coding standards.
Mentor and coach developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
