Job summary

RACV Limited is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide the design, development and delivery of secure, scalable Salesforce solutions. This hands-on leadership role will champion engineering excellence across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud while mentoring developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, drive CI/CD practices and ensure robust integrations with third-party apps.

Qualifications

• Substantial technical leadership and industry experience, generally 10+ years.
• Strong Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components and Aura.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, Azure Integration Services or MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• A relevant degree and extensive industry experience.
• Exposure to CPQ, FinancialForce or other financial ERP solutions will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead code reviews, design sessions and technical workshops.
• Champion automation, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Maintain integrations with third-party applications, APIs and middleware, including Azure Integration Services and MuleSoft.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams and product owners.
• Identify technical debt and recommend system improvements.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, data governance and coding standards.
• Mentor and coach developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
