Job summary

RACV is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide design, development and delivery of secure, scalable Salesforce solutions. You will lead end-to-end implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, while mentoring developers and partnering with cross‑functional teams.

You’ll drive automation, DevOps and CI/CD practices, manage integrations with APIs and middleware, and collaborate with architects, product owners and QA teams to ensure robust, compliant

Qualifications

• Substantial technical leadership and industry experience, generally 10+ years.
• Strong Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components and Aura.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, Azure Integration Services or MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities
