Export Finance Australia is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop and enhance the organisation's Salesforce platform. You will lead technical delivery, craft scalable integrations, and ensure secure, maintainable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

You will mentor teams, enforce coding standards and drive CI/CD practices using Salesforce DX and Git-based pipelines, while collaborating with stakeholders to meet business goals.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Sales/Service/Experience Cloud and core Salesforce capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Flow and data security controls.
• Understanding governor limits, bulkification, asynchronous processing and scalable integration patterns.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP; Azure integration is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, automated deployments and multi-environment release management.
• Experience modeling data and implementing access control via permissions and roles.
• Strong testing focus, production support, and code reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with architecture standards.
• Lead technical delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives across lifecycle stages.
• Design reliable integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP and Azure services.
• Ensure code quality via reviews, static analysis, tests and secure-by-design practices.
• Define and improve source control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and partners.
