Key accountabilities of the role:

A Business Analyst is required to review the Salesforce business platform and associated processes supporting licensing and compliance services.

Overview

• Develop and embed improvements that increase efficiency, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Recommend practical solutions that make effective use of organisational resources.
• Assist with the design and configuration of Salesforce and Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop appropriate user permissions and access controls to support privacy, data integrity and cybersecurity.
• Ensure proposed solutions align or integrate with existing departmental software wherever practical.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, Salesforce and Power BI is highly desirable.
• Regional applicants are preferred.
