Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a leading Australian Government organisation. This full-time, hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly and is based in Geelong or Richmond.

You will develop, test, and support Salesforce solutions, including LWC, Experience Cloud, Apex, and platform configurations, while collaborating with analysts, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with Lightning Web Components, Experience Cloud, Apex, and platform configuration.
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
• Experience delivering accessible digital services and applying accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with source control and automated deployment.
• Strong collaboration and communication within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and support Salesforce solutions including LWC, Experience Cloud, Apex, and configurations.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to secure, accessible, maintainable digital services aligned with platform standards.
