Job summary

Key Assets Australia is seeking a Salesforce Systems Administrator to deliver and optimise KeyLink, our Salesforce implementation, empowering staff, carers and clients. You will focus on lifecycle processes, requirements, testing, and end-user adoption to ensure secure, scalable operations.

Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Team Lead, you will contribute to provisioning, configuration and support, plus training.

Qualifications

• Relevant ICT qualifications and/or extensive experience with Salesforce systems.
• Proven ability to support ICT teams and resolve issues.
• Strong understanding of data security, access control and change management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the efficient operation of the KAA Salesforce environment including provisioning and security administration.
• Provide training and support to ICT staff on Salesforce-related issues.
• Assist in testing, deployment and change management for Salesforce enhancements.
• Monitor service performance and coordinate with the Enterprise Applications Team Lead.

A little about the role

As the Salesforce Systems Administrator, you will contribute to the delivery of a secure and modern Salesforce system implementation (internally referred to as KeyLink) that meets business requirements and supports the needs of staff, carers and clients. You will also drive the optimisation and continuous improvement of the solution.

Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Team Lead, you will have a particular focus on the software development lifecycle, including understanding the Salesforce product, gathering business requirements, unit and system testing, end user acceptance, technical change management and release into products.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the KAA Salesforce environment through user provisioning, configuration and security administration, development, integration and test coordinator.
• Assist and train other ICT Support Officers in resolving complex support requests relating to Salesforce.
• Provide direct user support to assist diagnosis and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor service performance and escalation issues to the Enterprise Applications Team Lead.

The base salary for this position is $92,286 - $99,294 per annum + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per year. This is a full-time, ongoing position and can be based from any of our KAA offices nationally!

About you

The successful candidate will come with qualification/s suitable for the role, such as relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and/or significant experience in a similar role. Salesforce certifications or equivalent demonstrated experience is also essential.

• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with external professional service providers to achieve outcomes.
• Knowledge of the principles of confidentiality, integrity and availability, with the ability to apply them to ICT systems and services.
• A proactive and innovative approach to problem solving, anticipating issues before they escalation.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• A commitment to customer excellence and teamwork.
