Key Assets Australia is seeking a Salesforce Systems Administrator to contribute to the delivery and ongoing optimisation of KeyLink, our Salesforce platform. You will work with staff, carers and clients to ensure a secure, modern implementation and smooth day-to-day operations.
Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Team Lead, you will manage user provisioning, configuration, security, testing, and release processes while providing high-level ICT support and training to colleagues.

As the Salesforce Systems Administrator, you will contribute to the delivery of a secure and modern Salesforce system implementation (internally referred to as KeyLink) that meets business requirements and supports the needs of staff, carers and clients. You will also drive the optimisation and continuous improvement of the solution.
Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Team Lead, you will have a particular focus on the software development lifecycle, including understanding the Salesforce product, gathering business requirements, unit and system testing, end user acceptance, technical change management and release into products.

The base salary for this position is $92,286.48 - $99,294.52 per annum + super + salary packaging options up to $15.9k per year. This is a full-time, ongoing position.
The successful candidate will come with qualification/s suitable for the role, such as relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and/or significant experience in a similar role. Salesforce certifications or equivalent demonstrated experience is also essential.
