The Hassett Group is seeking a Salesforce Support Engineer in Melbourne to join a disability services leader. You will provide Level 2/3 support for core applications, administer Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud), manage users, security and configurations, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams on a digital transformation mission.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on Salesforce administration experience, strong SQL skills for data extraction and validation, and a solid understanding

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce administration including user management, security, profiles and permissions.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in Technical Analyst or Systems Analyst roles.
• Knowledge of system integrations and APIs and data flows.
• Experience producing business reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Understanding of ITSM practices including incident, problem and change management.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2/3 support across enterprise applications, including incident investigation, troubleshooting and resolution.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration, including user management, security, profiles, permission sets and day-to-day platform administration.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting user access, security, configuration and data integrity across enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Experience producing business reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements.
