Job summary

Softtest pays pty ltd in Canberra is seeking an EL1 Salesforce Senior Support Engineer to provide technical support, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a complex ICT environment.

The role covers Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience, with responsibilities spanning incident resolution, user management, declarative automation, data management and cross-functional collaboration in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ability to analyse complex business processes.
Experience with Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support, administration and configuration for enterprise Salesforce applications.
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents and service requests.
Administer Salesforce users, licences and security controls, including roles and permissions.
Configure Salesforce functionality and declarative automation (Flows).
Develop and maintain technical and process documentation.
Work within multidisciplinary Agile teams to improve Salesforce services.
