Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking an EL1 Salesforce Senior Support Engineer (Labour Hire) to provide technical support, administration and continuous improvement of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a complex ICT environment, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience.

The role involves investigating and resolving Level 2 incidents, managing users and security, configuring declarative automation, data management and release assessment, in an Agile delivery

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, administration and configuration for enterprise Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents and service requests, including analysis of logs and platform behavior.
• Administer Salesforce users, licences and security controls, including roles, profiles and permission sets.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Salesforce functionality and declarative automation (Flows).
• Develop understanding of complex business processes and translate into Salesforce configuration and improvements.
• Undertake data management activities, including data analysis, loading, reporting and data issues investigation.
• Assess Salesforce releases and platform changes to identify impacts and requirements across applications and teams.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand priorities, provide technical advice and support user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain technical, configuration, support and process documentation.
• Collaborate within Agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce support and delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders.
• Develop capability in Salesforce technologies including Salesforce Industries OmniStudio (Vlocity).
