Job summary

Medibank Private Limited is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the Customer Operations & Sales (COS) Hub on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will shape and evolve Salesforce and MarTech across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next, delivering scalable, high-impact solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Salesforce Developer/Administrator or Platform Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and data models.
• Proficiency with Flow Builder and Salesforce technologies (Apex, LWC).
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, Personalisation and Data Cloud.
• Experience delivering and supporting integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Degree in IT/CS or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design and requirements workshops with stakeholders for end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain, enhance and extend Salesforce capabilities across Sales/Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next.
• Configure and support Salesforce Scheduler including architecture, territories, hours and routing.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical configurations and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve performance and enable growth.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, support end users and maintain data governance.
