Job summary

The HR Ally seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build and maintain solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Engagement in Sydney, NSW. This contract role spans 6 months with possible extensions, requiring 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities include delivering end-to-end user stories, integrating REST/SOAP APIs, and supporting CI/CD deployments in an Agile environment. Strong cross-cloud knowledge and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience.
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Ability to work across all three clouds.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and Flow.
• Experience with referral/lead pipelines, accounts, contacts and opportunities.
• Experience with case management in Service Cloud.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Data Extensions, Automation Studio and Email Studio.
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM.
• Understanding cross-cloud data flows and impacts.
• REST/SOAP APIs integration experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security and sharing rules.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Experience with Experience Cloud and enterprise integrations.
• Complex enterprise environment experience with multiple clouds.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, enhance and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Take user stories through full delivery lifecycle including build, testing, deployment and production support.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and platform configuration.
• Build and enhance Sales Cloud referral and sales pipelines, including leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities.
• Build and maintain Service Cloud capabilities including case management, queues, routing and automation.
• Build and maintain Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions including Journey Builder and Email Studio.
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs and support integration patterns.
• Troubleshoot issues across the three clouds and identify root causes.
• Support Salesforce releases, deployments, environment management and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with Business teams, QA, architecture and integration teams to align with designs.
