Job summary

Bunnik Tours is looking for an established Salesforce Administrator to partner with leaders across the business. You will configure, administer and maintain our Salesforce platform across Sales and Marketing Cloud, ensuring the CRM supports growth, visibility and a superior customer journey.

Qualifications

Established experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a dynamic, small business environment.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud) and strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communicator with ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimise dashboards and reporting across Sales & Marketing Cloud.
Support marketing campaigns and customer touchpoints via CRM functionality.
Identify opportunities to increase sales performance through data insights.
Collaborate with IT on system enhancements and integrations.
Support digital transformation initiatives, including AI functionality within Salesforce.
Provide user support, guidance and best practice recommendations.
