This established medical device organisation has been partnering with healthcare professionals across ANZ for over 30 years. With a strong reputation in hospital and community channels, the business represents multiple global brands and is continuing to invest in growth across Victoria.

An opportunity has arisen for a Territory Manager based in Melbourne, managing the VIC North & West territory, including regional areas such as Albury, Shepparton and Warrnambool.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and grow sales across hospital and affiliated community channels
• Drive territory performance across specialised product categories including ostomy and wound management solutions
• Partner with Stomal Therapy Nurses, Continence Nurses, allied health professionals, procurement teams and relevant associations
• Deliver clinical education and product training
• Analyse territory data, manage reporting and execute strategic account plans
• Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing VIC/TAS team

This is a hands-on territory role requiring strong relationship management, clinical confidence and commercial acumen.

What We’re Looking For:

• Medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience within public and private hospitals and/or community healthcare
• Demonstrated success managing and growing a territory
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confident negotiation and influencing capabilityAbility to absorb and communicate clinical information effectively
• High level of organisation, reporting accuracy and data management
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Tertiary qualification required (nursing, science or related highly regarded)
• Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
