Visy is seeking a proactive Sales Support Administrator to join the QLD Sales team at Carole Park. This role ensures smooth sales processes, handles customer enquiries, quotes and specifications, and supports relationship-building with customers in our key segment.

You’ll coordinate product lifecycle activities, manage CRM opportunities, and collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to implement product changes while providing timely reports to the leadership group.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience and ability to understand customer needs.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in managing administrative and sales support functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and willingness to learn Visy-specific processes.
• A proactive, approachable, and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilités

• Respond to internal and external customer queries promptly and accurately.
• Support end-to-end Velocity process, including quotes, designs, and approvals.
• Assist in managing customer accounts, product listings, and outstanding debtors.
• Research new and existing customer opportunities and manage leads in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Technical teams to implement product changes.
• Provide reports and insights to the Sales team as needed.
