Ventora Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to support the sales team from our Helensvale office in Queensland. You will assist with quotes, customer communications, CRM updates and general sales administration to keep the team moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or similar support roles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to read plans or quickly learn technical product information.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Reps with quotes and documentation.
• Update quotes and customer communication in CRM and systems.
• Email quotes and information to customers.
• Clarify information with customers and respond to enquiries.
• Maintain customer and sales data in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Data entry and general sales administration.
• Assist with ad hoc requests and follow-ups.
• Learn product specifications and apply technical information accurately.
